Our client is a growing and vibrant young main contractor, working throughout East Anglia, predominantly down into London, across a range of sectors, in particular the refurbishment on new and existing flats. They are seeking a Contracts Manager to join the business due to an increase in workload.

Experience working across multiple sectors is a must,and previous experience in both residential and commercial projects is a must.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- A strong track record of management across multiple sectors, showing the ability to adapt to demand.
- The ability to prioritise and manage workload across multiple jobs.
- The ability to liaise professionally and efficiently with subcontractors, customers and other senior management.
- A relevant qualification route (all routes considered).
- A track record of strong man management skills and the ability to contribute to company success.
- A suitable location for work within East Anglia.
