How can I save articles within my MakeUseOf account?

Why do I get pages in Japanese when I open my Chrome shortcuts?
When I open my shortcuts with Google Chrome, they open in Japanese, but if I take the same program on my desktop and drag and drop it into a fresh browser page in Internet Explorer it opens as it should. When I click translate this page it’s nothing at all what I’m trying to open.
