What phone should I buy for around $200?
I want to purchase a new budget phone at around INR 11,500 to 12,500 ( apprx. US $ 200 ). I am thinking three phones, and all are of different ecosystem altogether. They are the Moto G, Nokia XL and the Nokia Lumia 630. Which one do you recommend ? If there are any other suggestion, beside these three within the budget specified, you are most welcome. Kindly avoid suggesting Chinese and Indian brands? I am based in India and the phones suggested, should be available here.

Where can I download an updated version of Windows 7 Home Basic?
I have a laptop I bought 2-3 years ago. After I bought it, I made recovery CDs, but the recovery CDs are filled with bloatware. Also, when I made the CDs, Windows service pack 1 was not released, so when I re-format my laptop I have a lot to update!
My OS is Windows 7 Home Basic. Where can I download the OS and/or its service packs, rather than using the updater? I have the product key, so I just need the OS.

Why doesn’t the erase function work with Word 2010?
I recently bought Office 2010. I can get a stylus pen to work with it, but I can’t get the eraser function to work in Word (but it does work in Onenote). I have seen instruction videos where people use Office 2010 with the same pen and eraser, like this one (http://ift.tt/1jLmjQ3) so I know it should be possible. What am I doing wrong?
