How can I place two sets of subtitles on a video?

Hello,

I am looking to place two Subtitle files in a video side by side. For example, I want French subs to be in the left and English on the right. Is there any way of doing so? Would appreciate any help.

PS: I can convert the video and subtitle files to any format required.

Why does the display of my office documents not update when I scroll until I let go of the scroll bar?

All my office documents contents do not scroll when I drag the scrollbars. Only when I release the mouse then the contents jump to the position where the scrollbar stopped.
