How can I recover my Facebook account after it had been hacked?

My Facebook account suddenly logged me out, and said that my personal details had been changed and that I was suspended from Facebook. I have checked my Hotmail account and it said that someone from Dublin had hacked into my account- so I assume this was me being hacked. Anyways, it asked me to change my password and said I would receive an email when my ID was verified. I haven’t yet received an email, and I want to be able to access Facebook. Can you help?
