How can I fix the way “My Documents” is displayed on my Windows XP PC?

Hi,

I have a laptop running Windcows XP SP3. Since yesterday, My Documents is not showing in My Computer and also the thumbnail of any folder is displayed very large in size (see screenshot here). How can I fix this?
