My external hard disk (1 TB) is not detected on my laptop but works in every other laptop.
In devices & printers, it’s showing with yellow exclamation in properties. It displays the following:
“The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)”
Access is denied. I tried almost every thing but with out success. Please help me!
