How do I recover a Facebook account if the “Friend” option is non-responsive?

I cant remember my password for my Facebook account and the only thing connected to it is my cell number.

The only option it gives me is to use a different email/cell number. I used the friend option recovery, but none of them have received an email yet.

Any ideas?
