How can I recover my Facebook account which was hacked?

Hi.

I recently detected that my Facebook account was hacked. When I hit “Lock account” and click “My account has been hacked”, the website asked me to change my current password. When I was done with that, I clicked next and the page turned white. I tried to refresh it but still nothing showed up. Now I can’t seem to recover my account. Do you know what happened to my account or my browser?
