How can my institution get access to its Facebook account after the worker who had access to it left?

I work for the government agency IMSS or Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (Mexican Social Security Institute).

There is a facebook account representing IMSS for the northwest region of Mexico in the state of Sonora. However, this account is not being managed by anybody, the creator is no longer working for the agency and we need to recover the account. This is urgent as the agency’s logo and names are being used and abused by

publishing pictures like [Ed: link deleted]. Please let me know how can I recover this password to properly manage the account.
