How can I use an Apple LaserWriter with a Windows 8 PC?

I’m trying to connect an Apple LaserWriter 16/600 PS printer to a Windows 8.1 Update (32 bit) PC. The connection is through a parallel port. Windows 8 does not list Apple printers in its list of printers. Does anyone know if it’s possible to get it working either by downloading a suitable driver or by using another driver?
