How do I reinstall Asphalt 8 after uninstalling and getting error 0x80073cf9?

I previously had the Asphalt 8 airborne installed on my Toshiba Satellite c855d-s5315 laptop. While uninstalling some other no longer used apps I accidentally uninstalled the game.

Now every time I try to install the game, I get an error message that says it can’t install and the error code 0x80073cf9. How can I fix the error and get the game to install again? I’m running Windows 8.1
