Can anyone guide me to what tool/app should I use to eradicate all duplicate files and their minute little traces of my PC?

Also:

1. Which would be a good dictionary for use on my PC (offline) and which dict. would be preferred online?


2. Which would be a good image editor/viewer. I presently use Picassa.

I have a win8.1 PC and am a chrome user.
