Is it possible to change Gmail Meter reports to generate statistics based on categories and labels?

Is it possible to get a Gmail Meter report based on the labels to see which labels are used most?

Or can I also use categories so we have locations (customer service) and topics (labels)? It would be great if we could tag an email with a category (location) and a label (topic) and use gmail meter to see what topics or location create the most emails.
