How do I put hard subtitles in a video with Aegisub?

http://ift.tt/ZMDsXC wish to put hard subs to my video that I made in Aegisub. I have seriously no idea how and I’ve read the tutorial on their site but I can’t understand it at all. If someone’s good at explaining in simple steps, please help?
