Why can’t I connect to the internet with Chrome when using Sandboxie?

http://ift.tt/ZMDsXC am running sandboxie but I can’t connect to the Internet with Google Chrome. I have rebooted my laptop several times and reset Chrome multiple times and the same thing. Chrome is up to date. Internet Explorer works however. How do I get it to work? Thanks
