What’s a phrase-expander app for middle-clicking?

http://ift.tt/ZMDsXC had a mouse where if you pressed the centre button a clipboard came up where I saved various things that I found myself typing over and over. I didn’t realize how great this was until the mouse stopped working. Does anyone know of another mouse like this?
