Sales Engineer
Milan Area, Italy, IT - Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing
You will be hired in our Local Business Unit Substations (Power Systems
Division) and, in the role of Sales Specialist, you will drive the sales
process and achieve established sales targets within a designated geographic territory (Italy). You will develop and maintain new business and customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer issues.

Tasks
You will sell solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for Substations Systems and establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships. You will registers customer satisfaction issues in database and coordinates responses with by appropriate team members and you will prepare sales plans using company tool (i.e.Prosales). You will perform regular status reviews and proposes recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfalls. You will ensure the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals, through effective product and solution presentations. You will ensure that contracts are executed correctly and that deliveries are on time at the agreed cost. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of new market opportunities in the designated territory with other sales professionals.

Requirements
You have a solid experience in the Substations segment and you have gained a good knowledge of technical issues related to MV and HV. You preferably have a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering. As a person you are driven and eager to reach results. You are also social and service minded as well as capable to build strong relationships. Since you will work in an international environment, you need to have good command of English.
