We are looking for a JDA Integration Lead to join our Global Business Solutions (GBS) Team based in Barcelona

Accountabilities

Global:

• Supports global SAP function sub-lead in driving the global agenda, collaborates with other SAP function leads across the sectors.
• Helps global sub-lead in facilitating governance and template management, provide subject matter expertise, ensures team's adherence to PIRT and other global standards
• Helps in identifying global lift & shift opportunities across sectors within the assigned SAP function space (GTM, FIN, OPS, or ISCP) executes within the sector.
• Partners with global Enterprise Architecture team to ensure adherence to global standards
• Supports global center funded projects, delivers for the sector.

Europe Sector:

• Ensures support of the production environment within the defined SLAs, complying with predefined process and procedures.
• Provides input in defining the sector SAP solution; mainly reviewing changes to the solution, providing approvals to standard changes, and ensuring compliance with standards, and escalating deviations. Operates under well-defined processes, but will have input to decisions, including process optimization.
• SAP function team for an assigned SAP space (GTM, FIN, OPS or ISCP), working with business users and BIS partners to identify and resolve application issues within defined SLAs
• Drives SLA performance and solution optimization within team
• Leads delivery of small enhancements and CIs within assigned SAP functional space (GTM, FIN, OPS or ISCP)
• Facilitates rotation of resources between sustain and deploy
• Ability to prioritize team's work with limited supervision
• Ensures effective resource utilization across the workgroup
• Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers
• Verifies that IT controls are followed, suggests IT controls enhancements
• Assists with development of strategic vision for workgroup
• Stays up-to-date with technology and industry trends by proactively participating in training, self-study, conferences, webcasts, user group participation,
• Provide mentoring and training to less experienced team members; helping to integrate them into the department

Deliverables:

• Leads project delivery and support teams for Integration capabilities within Integrated Supply Chain Planning applications for EUR sector.
• GBS Integration Lead for ISCP in Europe sector; facilitates solution management, template management, and governance.
• Supports engagement with Global Horizontal team for process governance, ensures adherence to global standards.
• Supports partnership with business leaders & CIO teams in defining solution roadmaps.
• Work/collaborate with external vendors locally within the sector.
• Ensures adherence to the internal support operating model, including technology standards, support methodology, release management, change management, and other related processes and procedures, SLAs and controls compliance.
• Provides input to yearly objectives, conducts annual performance processes.
• Supports GBS Europe ISCP Lead with period forecasts and AOP deliverables.

Relationships:  

• Reports to GBS Europe ISCP Lead
• Works closely with other ISCP Integration leaders within global BIS
• Partners with external support vendors
• Supports partnership with CIO and business leadership across EUR regions
• Supports partnership with other GBS ISCP leads across the sectors
