About the role
Develop sales & retention opportunities and hit targets by analysing the needs and meeting the requirements of our customers. The role will involve a professional solution sales approach to existing clients including sales and renewal lifecycle management and closure.
Skills and experience
Qualifications/ Education
- 3rd Level qualification in business of related discipline an advantage
- Computer literate
- Strong sales background
- Good PC skills required
- Knowledge of CRM / Billing systems
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years telesales/retention experience (preferable in a B2B environment)
- Solution selling experience an advantage
- Software/Hardware knowledge a clear advantage

Who we're looking for
The Sales Executive must demonstrate all the behaviours associated with a high performance sales culture; specifically managing a pipeline of opportunities and delivering results against monthly/quarterly forecast and targets.
He/she will maintain frequent verbal and email contact with the assigned customers in order to secure the sale. "Contact" involves re-selling / upselling the Sage product and services portfolio. The role involves mainly selling, with a lesser degree account management techniques.
