[Tip] Restore Command Prompt Shortcut in Win+X Menu in Windows 10
http://ift.tt/eA8V8J When Microsoft introduced "Win+X Menu" in Windows 8 operating system, they added several useful system shortcuts into this menu. One of these useful shortcuts was "Command Prompt".
