Among the top 5 Google Search trends from last week are the thanksgiving week, Titanic, the Pope’s Lamborghini, UCLA players and the Latin Grammy Awards.

Thanksgiving Week

With thanksgiving right around the corner, the searches for various thanksgiving recipes and food items hit an all-time high. Google even launched a thanksgiving special website for the users to compare which recipes are popular in their area. This is similar to the Halloween website Google launched in October. Here are the top searches:

  • Friendsgiving Ideas
  • Friendsgiving Invitations
  • Friendsgiving Games

20 Years of Titanic

Another popular search trend last week was around Titanic – the iconic film which recently completed 20 years since it was launched. To honor 20 years of it’s release, the movie is coming back to some theaters. Google released a list of the top searched shipwrecks from last week:

  • The Batavia
  • The Edmund Fitzgerald
  • The USS Indianapolis

The Pope’s Lamborghini

Lamborghini, one of the most popular car-makers in the world decided to gift the pope a car last week, which obviously made it’s way into Google Search’s trends as people around the world were curious about it. Here are the top search terms:

  • Pope Lamborghini
  • Pope Fiat

  • “How much does the Lamborghini that they gave the pope cost?”

UCLA Basketball

After an international event where UCLA basketball players were arrested in China, only to be released after President Trump’s request, made it to the Google Search Trends. Here’s a list of some popular search terms:

  • UCLA Basketball Players
  • “How long are the UCLA players suspended for?”
  • “Why did China let the UCLA players go?”
  • “What were the UCLA players stealing?”

Latin Grammy Awards

Songs like Despacito and Mi Gente took over the world with their catchy tunes this year. It was indeed an interesting time as the Latin Grammy Awards were held last week. Here are the popular search terms:

  •  “How to watch the Latin Grammy awards online”
  • “What time are the Latin Grammy awards on?”
  • “How does music qualify for a Latin Grammy award?”

The top searched songs were:

  • “Despacito”
  • “Guerra”
