It’s that time of the year again! Every December, Google announces the year’s round-up as to what users have enjoyed the most on the Google Play Store. Google has released this years’ data too – the best Android Apps, Games, Movies, TV Shows, Music and Books of the year 2017. Let us take a look at who took the cake this year for each of these categories –
Best App of 2017
The best app of 2017 as per the Google Play Store is Socratic – Math Answers and Homework Help. This app helps students get tips about their homework, as well as share their work and notes with their friends. The app comes with an AI assistant which can understand the problems and help generate a solution for it. While it is primarily about math, the app also helps with History, Science and various other subjects.
Best Game of 2017

An action-packed game created by the team which built Cut The Rope, CATS is an incredibly popular game, loved by millions of gamers from around the world. It allows players to design and build their bots which can be used to fight other bots in PvP modes.
