I have a second Facebook account which was made 2 years ago. Never opened since it was created. Up to this point I am actively receiving notifications for this account. I decided to go on my laptop and try to log into it. I still knew the email and password I have used, but Facebook recently asked me for identity verification which included providing my “Birthday Date” which I truly forgot. Tried several ideas of B-date that I may have used but still no luck. The only thing that links to this Facebook account was my Hotmail. No phone numbers and some several friends that I think I’m not familiar with.

And that’s the only Verification method that Facebook is offering to me.

Is there still any option I have left which I’m not aware of to recover this account of mine from two years ago? Please don’t ask me why not just make a new account or anything similar to that. I just want a plain answer whether there is or there is no way around to recover this old account which just Identity Verification was lost and cannot provide.

Hi, I am getting this message when starting uy computer:

“Failed to connect to a Windows service: Windows could not connect to the User Profile Service service. This problem prevents limited users from logging on to the system. As an administrator user, you can review the System Event Log for details about why the service didn´t respond.”

Now my Windows 7 Outlook (theme has been changed to look like XP…) is taking 15 minutes to start my PC and 15 min to log off… Can you help?
